Rhinehart Pulliam & Company was invited to plan the neighborhood and design homes of the Swann Ridge neighborhood within Serenbe in Chattahoochee Hills, Georgia. This project involves a very difficult site in terms of topography, geometry, and program.  Located along one side of Serenbe’s famous omega-shaped streets, this parcel has twenty-eight cottage sites along a country lane. Across a pedestrian bridge, townhouses and stores form a small commercial intersection.

The essential concept put forward by RP&Co was to turn part of the country lane into a pedestrian street that serves as the primary thoroughfare for the cottages that front it.  These cottages, some connected and some freestanding, are inspired by the English Cotswolds but rendered with Southern charm.
